“We are hosting Films for Thought, a train-the-leader opportunity with Art With Impact (AWI) in Red Deer, Alberta. Attendees will be trained to lead interactive discussions using short films from AWI’s OLIVE Film Collection to engage students in safe and meaningful dialogue. You’ll learn to cater discussions for specific populations, whether it be international students, LGBTQ+ folks, athletes, or any other group you’re interested in working with on your campus. Training includes ongoing support from AWI, facilitation tools, and access to their growing short film library.
Students in leadership positions are welcome. Lunch will be provided.”
