HCA 2025-2026 Online Provincial Gathering (formerly the Online Regional Gathering)

These gatherings will provide an opportunity to learn about HCA, impact future priorities of HCA, and connect for meaningful conversation with a diverse group of partners in campus mental health and well-being. 

Regional Gathering Purpose 

• To increase understanding of who HCA is and what we do 

• To provide an opportunity for impact on the work of HCA and to gauge resonance with the community of practice 

• To curate opportunities for a diverse group of partners to have meaningful conversations about student mental health and well-being

9:00am – Welcome and introductions   

9:15am – Collaboration Session #1  – Learn how campuses have addressed student needs, share ongoing campus initiatives, and  collaborate with others in a problem-solving workshop activity 

10:00am – Stretch/Digital Detox 

10:15am – Collaboration Session #2 

11:00am – Sharing & Celebrate 

11:15am – 5-minute break 

11:20am – Rapid-fire “campus tours”
