Complex collaborations are essential to promote mentally healthy campuses across Alberta. Our community of practice engages in inter-departmental, cross-campus, regional, provincial, and national collaborations. Working together helps us support post-secondary student mental health in innovative ways. Drawing upon the newly relaunched Complex Collaboration Toolkit, this webinar introduces a model that weaves together a variety of processes and theories to enhance the effectiveness, productivity, and efficient operation of complex collaborations.
By the end of this webinar, you will be able to:
- Define “complex collaboration” in the context of postsecondary student mental health;
- Articulate the stages and approaches in the complex collaboration model;
- Apply the complex collaboration model to your own practice;
- Identify resources and tools to strengthen your capacity for collaboration.
