Cultivating Resilience and Flourishing Workbook

There are practical, evidence-based strategies (the 3Rs) to mitigate the harmful effects of stress and burnout and enhance well-being in daily life. The 3Rs are based on over 20 years of evidence from Suzanne Tough, PhD, and other leaders in resilience research. These strategies empower individuals, families, and communities to build resilience through meaningful connections, daily routines, and local community-based resources – creating a foundation for flourishing. These resources introduce the brain science of stress, resilience and flourishing, and the underlying physiological and psychological mechanisms for each 3R strategy.
