Hosted by Healthy Campus Alberta

In postsecondary work where needs are unlimited, but capacity is limited, disconnecting and taking real time for ourselves can be challenging, even during time off. Step away and give yourself a gentle pause in this 1-hour practical, practice-based workshop. Together, we’ll explore simple mindfulness and self-compassion practices to calm your brain, care for your body, and refresh your energy. Connect with peers, share tips, and prepare for the holiday season with ease, presence, and support.
