Remaining Resilient While Making a Difference: A Workbook for Becoming an Effective Activist
MacEwan University Students in collaboration with Wellness & Psychological Services This workbook addresses the relationship between activism, mental health, and well-being. In addition to exploring risk factors for declining mental health while participating in activism, it offers tools for preserving and maintaining one’s own well-being and building resilience. The resource mindfully walks participants through developing protective factors relating to diverse activist roles, intersectionality, and social media use.
