Remaining Resilient While Making a Difference: A Workbook for Becoming an Effective Activist 

MacEwan University Students in collaboration with Wellness & Psychological Services  This workbook addresses the relationship between activism, mental health, and well-being. In addition to exploring risk factors for declining mental health while participating in activism, it offers tools for preserving and maintaining one’s own well-being and building resilience.  The resource mindfully walks participants through developing protective factors relating to diverse activist roles, intersectionality, and social media use.  For more information or questions about this workbook email [email protected]
